TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any treatment. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking Fees

• A non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 is required for treatments priced over £100.00.
• Appointments are not confirmed until this booking fee has been received.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the £50.00 booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
• Clients may reschedule an appointment once, provided the required notice is given. The original booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment. Further rescheduling will result in the loss of the deposit and a new £50.00 booking fee will apply.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. This charge is non-redeemable against future treatments.
• Cancellations on the day of the appointment, or non-attendance (“no-shows”), will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This is also non-redeemable.
